Terrible company.....have paid all premiums promptly and let insurance lapse since it was in an estate. Now after probate is done they send me a bill to estate. All premiums were paid promptly.

A “quote” turned into an “order” without our approval.
Im not sure who did what but a quote that was too high and we rejected turned into an order somehow. With an application we did not fill out or sign.
Then months of trouble, cancelling the bogus policy which they then caused trouble with our loans by sending out insurance cancellation notices and we still had our insurance in force. So I had to send out proof of insurance for the same company weve been dealing with for years now. Still going around on it and hopefully its finally cancelled. We had told them no because the insurance they quoted covered less but cost hundreds more each year.
Covered almost $100,000 less on our home. Just a mess.
The last person who called was nice - accounting but their underwriters and salesmen were a nightmare. Buyer beware.

Sucks
They refuse to take liability even though it’s a clear cut case. Still no resolution or a car.
Lost a job not having a car and they have taken everything from me. They are terrible.
It wasn’t my fault and yet I have been the one that has gone to *** because of them. I hope they all rot in *** This insurance company shouldn’t be in business.
Too high
Disappointed
I had a house fire, daughter submitted the claim for me. Met with the claim adjuster. I got my house rebuilt. Insurance went up nearly 700 a year since the loss. I called the agents office and spoke with daughter who is office worker there and asked why my premium jumped so high. In her words. “After a fire and payout most companies would drop you, but, you will always have a hike in premiums after having a fire due to your negligence”.
I was shocked at the tone and impassioned response to my loss. I asked a few more questions and asked why she had an issue with me. She stated her tone never changed she was just giving me the facts. I asked for the agent and was advised he was not available but at the hospital with her grandmother. I apologize for the inconvenience of needing information about my homeowners policy, could she get Scott to call me back. He called me about three hours later and was just as calus as he stated that Linsey always give straight forward answers.
I felt that the office I entrusted with the home I lived in would care and understand the difficulty I am having after losing everything I had work for in a blink of an eye. I can understand there would be an increase I was just shocked over the amount of increases and was not notified but found out from my mortgage company when they increased my mortgage payment. That was the true reason for calling.
I would believe that the company that sold me my policies would be more empathetic and choose another why of delivery.
I never asked for my house to catch fire and everything within to be a loss. Very disheartening that the insurance company I have entrusted with not only my house and personal property but myself, would treat me and the situation in such a offensive rude manner.
Refused to pay
Terrible Company

Resolved: Second terrible experience in a month
I wasn't made clear on whom the payment issued (text message I received), was actually being issued to. I spoke with someone today and asked for explanation after receiving a second text message stating another payment in the sum of what it would cost to repair the damage, was being sent...again, to whom??
The autobody shop I went to for an estimate? No. I was wrong in my understanding or lack thereof, so I completely apologize for my poor review in this particular matter. However, Ive never had any type of accident happen to any car I've ever had in the past, nor have I ever had full coverage insurance so there is alot that im still not aware of or how really any of this works.
What the person I spoke to said was that the payments mentioned in the texts are being sent to me...so I can choose the autobody shop id like to go with for repairs and also that it is foing to cause my insurance rate to go up if I choose to go that route. Not something im willing to do, being that we all know how this works by now.
Insurance company sends you a check, you call your cousin to do the repairs for 70% less of what the estimate was and then blow the rest of the money and then get hit with the reminder that you'll be paying it back, by paying out the waazoo for your new monthly rate. Im cool on that BUT, I did want to clear up what I had stated yesterday while not within the right understanding.
Third Party Roadside Assistance Nightmare
I am a current insurance policy holder and this evening, I required roadside assistance for a jumpstart due to the battery in my car dying for the second time since yesterday. My husband placed the call to customer service for me and he was told that it would be a third party roadside assistance company that would be coming to jumpstart my vehicle and that the wait would be about an hour.
That information was accurate and the person working for this third party company did in fact arrive, however, it was a terribly unprofessional and startling experience. This man pulled up to my vehicle in a rather unannounced and uncouth manner and said to me " you cant answer your phone?" I was caught off guard as I did not realize who this person was that was speaking to me this way. I asked him what he was talking about and he repeated himself "you can't answer your phone?" And I said "my phone didn't ring, so I dont know what you're talking about". I still hadnt realized who this person was and I reached for my pepper spray due to my sudden level of discomfort and confusion.
He then said "you called for roadside assistance?" And then I realized...this unprofessional mess of a person, was the one who was sent to assist me. He had my husbands phone number, not mine, and my husband missed his call. My husband called him back while he was speaking AT me and he answered his phone and asked my husband in the same manner, why he couldn't pick his phone up. Not only was he completely irresponsible and uncouth in his whole manner, but he had a pregnant female in his vehicle with him when he arrived and she was just as unaware of her debauchery as he was.
They were simply ghetto and ridiculous, in plain english. My car was jumpstarted and I was able to leave so I am grateful for that but the lack of tact and awareness is what I cannot get passed. I am a woman who was sitting in my vehicle alone, in a dark parking lot and what looked to be a random man pulled up to my vehicle and spoke to me as if he had no type of class or respect or realization that he needed to be professional just for 5 minutes. We pay our full coverage car insurance every month and our policy expires in september.
We are not willing to stay with Country Financial after September due to this ridiculous experience. We will not pay for services that are served with incompetence nor stay with a company who doesn't have enough control over who it is that they send to assist their paying customers.

We were recently hit by a driver insured by Country Financial. The driver admitted fault, and we recorded her admitting fault.
The insurance company state that I coerced the driver and she was threatened. Unbelievable.. the officer was at the scene when I asked her if I could record her. It amazes me that someone would file a fraudulent statement to their insurance company.
Thankfully, we had a police officer stop and she admitted fault in the accident. The police office was wonderful and has agreed to contact the insurance company on our behalf. Warning... if you are hit by an insured from this insurance company be wary they will do their best to deny the claim.
I was told that they believe their insured over us...
even with all the photos and her admitting fault on video. This is the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with.
